FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is the main living area for Sempers Braeside. The impressive lounge area has a multi-fuel stove with marble hearth and pitch pine fire surround to compliment the large seating area. The lounge is separated by an archway which leads to another seating area ideal for quiet time.

The dining room seats ten poeple comfortably and has french windows which open onto the garden, perfect for those warm summer evenings.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen has fitted units with co-ordinating ceramic tiles, large work surfaces, dishwasher and stainless steel bowl with mixer tap. There is also a generous utility area with a washing machine, and a tumble drier in the garage.
